My role: Interaction Design Team Lead on HP's subscription services team.

Summary: My team is responsible for supporting our 13+ million, and growing, subscribed customers of our HP Instant Ink (ink replenishment subscription). Projects include acquisition, rentention, pilot and new product introductions, maintaining and improving our e-commerce/payment management platforms, and conversion funnel optimization.
